Authenticity

Developing an authentic expression of oneself is one of the most rewarding and challenging undertakings in life.  Having a coach or two along the way is highly recommended.

To celebrate the completion of my degree Master of Science of Positive Organizational Development and Change and my Certification in Emotional Intelligence I am pleased to announce my first "Official" offering from my independent Organizational Development and Coaching practice, Dialetheia.

The culmination and completion of my Master's degree is a fulfillment and a completion, an unexpected outcome.  As George Bernard Shaw has written, "Life isn't about finding yourself.  Life is about creating yourself."

Having created myself, I now know who I've always been.  Sharing that gift with you and providing any support or guidance necessary to allow you to invent your authentic self is my mission.  When I know who you are, you'll know who I am.
