Many Points of Entry
There are many areas within an organization where meaningful change can begin to take root. Change can always be initiated by an
individual for the individual, or for the organization. Two people can initiate change. Appreciative Inquiry is a powerful method
for invoking change in groups and larger departments and can even be used across an entire organization. Various methods are available
to bring the "Whole System" in the room, giving voice where there had been none.
Either way, change begins through an act of speech. At an individual level this occurs as a talking to oneself - "This is going to change."
At the social level change also occurs through speech acts.
