Edward Malinowski has a Master of Science degree in Positive Organizational Development from the world's top rated (average over the past ten years) Organizational Development program at Case Western Reserve University, as well as over twenty years of purposeful experience and practice in ontology (the study of being).

Edward also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science from Cleveland State University. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (A Master of his Active Directory) who specializes in Windows Infrastructure including Active Directory, File systems, Windows security and printing infrastructure. He's an eighteen year veteran of the IT field and bought his first computer when he was 12 years old.
