About Dialetheia

Dialetheia is a consultancy focused on Organizational Development and Individual and Executive Coaching for results. This site will provide tools for individual and team, group or organizational development.  It is a work in progress.

Dialetheia.com is founded by Edward Malinowski, Master in Positive Organizational Development.  Edward has been a student of individual transformation for over half of his life.  In the past several years, inside of an audacious commitment to the possibility of the transformation of Cleveland (Plus) he has expanded his learning to include concepts in Organizational Change, Intentional Change Theory, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Business Strategy, Complex Responsive Process (Complexity Theory), Improvisation as a method for altering Conversations, as well as Truth, Freedom, Beauty, and above all things Love.  -More
